...whats up guys! i just got my net back. but i busted my keyboard. im usin the virtual keyboaard! it sucks! haha it took 12 mminutes just to log in and a half hour to type this far. im buying anew comp next week. any ideas for a cheap one that can keep up? later dudes ;]

try neweggs prebuilt section, got my comp for 400 there and it can run just about anything new on lowest settings.

Yeah, Newegg is great.... BTW, ASUS computer brand is really good... Just make sure it's not Vista lol!

....thanx guys! but konsy, my buddy just bought an asus and its awful. u cant change the aspect ratio so the screen is all scrunched up (we even called tech support; no go) and the speakers are underneath the comp so the soundd is muffled. plus he had to send it back after two weeks for a defective mic; kept givin feed-bback. nuthin butt trouble. but you both say "newegg" huh? ok ill go look them up. thnks dudes

My sister loves her ASUS and I have other people who like their ASUS laptops, but I understand where he's coming from... My ASUS laptop has been nothing but trouble, ever since I bought it three years ago: The head phone jack breaking, defective battery, the screen connection shorting out, and whatever else... I even sent it to ASUS in August of 2010, they had it for two months and when I got it back, a month later, the same problems started happening again, so my laptop might just be one of their bad ones... I still like ASUS though...

Vista stinks, all the junk they have in the OS that greatly slows down your computer and whatever other problems it has...
Windows 7, or Windows XP are much better and faster, and your games will run faster (the massive games that need faster computers).

Trust me, anything but Vista... It's not unbearable, because I have it right now, but don't get it, there are better options out there.
