| After I download this where do I install it? I let it choose what ever the place was picked for me already but the game would not launch kept saying error? "not all files where installed" also after I download this can I pick up where I left off with my Ranger or do I have to make a new one? | |

| I dont know, depends on which one you installed.
the quick one lets you start new characters fairly soon after you start it, but you can't move off the island till the download is finished. or load a character off of the island. | |

| It does that to me from time to time Ice, but the Turbine thing tells me what its downloading. You should check it to see what it says. If you reinstall it all your old character stuff will still be there.  | |
