| What faction is most appealing to you ? I am most excited about useing Spain until the release of "Road to Independence" then I will be all about America. Mainly because of my lack of history in this time period. I can say that each Total War era has been my history lesson's |

| I think Road to Independence is the first campaign, basically the tutorial. I'm pretty sure you have to play all the way through that from Jamestown untill the end of the revolutionary war before any other factions are unlocked. I could be wrong. After that I'll probably stay as the US and finish that campaign. Then I'll probably try Prussia. _________________ "You win battles by knowing the enemy's timing, and using a timing which the enemy does not expect." Miyamoto Musashi |

| Im pretty sure it starts in 1700 and ends around 1800, before the Napoleonic wars. Though the young artillary officer Napoleon will be available as an ancillary. |

| why would you be only one faction. come on, pick 2 or more. Prussia for the win anyway. then maybe the French, only because i can faint a retreat with them. _________________ to kill a summer hare is no sign of great strength, to see the moon is no sign of great sight, to hear the rumble of thunder is no sign of quick hearing. what the ancients called clever fighters is one who not only wins, but excels in winning with ease.
